Domestic policy of Kennedy was called « New Frontier ». It promised federal funding for education, medical care and for the elederly, economic aid to rural regions and governement intervation to halt the recession. He had to face an economical recession and proposed a reuction in income tax rates. But number of his proposition passed after his death.
